Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
